Conference: 26 September – 2 October, 2021

Registration Fee:

Delegate Registration Fee is 3000 Roubles (to be paid on-site).

Please note that the payment method for onsite-registration will be cash.

Conference Languages:

The Conference languages are Russian and English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Preliminary timing of oral presentations is 15 minutes, including time for questions.

The presentation must be in the PowerPoint format.

Poster Guidelines:

Limit the poster size: A0 (vertical).

Field Trips:

Information on Field Trips will be released at the Conference website and sent to those who are registered.

Accommodation:

Information on recommended Hotels and Hostels will be released at the Conference website and sent to those who are registered.
