Important Dates & Deadlines:

Abstract Submission Deadline: May 15, 2017

Early Bird Registration Deadline: May 15, 2017

Notification of acceptance: June 12, 2017

Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 1, 2017

Conference: October 1–7, 2017

Registration Fee:

Delegate Registration Fee is 1500 Roubles (to be paid on-site).

Please note that the payment method for onsite-registration will be cash.

Conference Languages:

The Conference languages are Russian and English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Preliminary timing of oral presentations is 15 minutes, including Q&A.

The presentation must be in the PowerPoint format.

Poster Guidelines:

Poster size is up to 33.1 x 46.8 in (A0), portrait orientation.

Field Trips:

Information on Field Trips will be released at the Conference website and sent to those who are registered.

Accommodation:

Information on recommended Hotels and Hostels will be released at the Conference website and sent to those who are registered.
